Hello everyone!

I am launching a new exercise class in Clifford Village Hall called Boxercise starting on Thursday the 12th January from 6.00 pm - 6.50 pm. Boxercise is a fantastic non-contact boxing training workout suitable for all levels of fitness. It is the perfect session to have fun, reduce stress and have an effective workout in a safe motivating environment.

It would be ideal to help improve fitness, stamina and strength which should all help improve your game.
